Terms of use
What Trekki does, what it does not, and what we expect from you.
Last updated: 20 August 2026
Purpose
Trekki is a travel app that shows flight fares, a map of places, trip preparation tools and a personal logbook. It is published by Aurenyx Studio EOOD.
Using the app means accepting these terms.
What Trekki is not
Trekki sells neither tickets, nor hotel nights, nor activities. We take you to the carrier or the merchant, where the contract is concluded without us. We are neither a travel agency nor a payment intermediary, and we do not step in when you have a dispute with a merchant.
Displayed fares come from third-party sources and change constantly. They report an observed price, never a promise. The price that binds you is the one shown by the merchant at the moment of payment.
Opening hours, categories and contact details for places come from OpenStreetMap, a contributor-maintained database. We display them as they are, without verifying them.
Your account
The account is personal. You are responsible for access to your mailbox, since signing in relies on a code sent to that address.
The app remains usable without an account: in that case your data stays on the device and disappears with it.
Trekkoins
Trekkoins reward using the app. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and give no right to any refund. They may be withdrawn in case of fraudulent use.
Referral credits five Trekkoins when someone creates an account from your link. An account can only be referred once, and only within its first days.
Your content
Your photos and notes belong to you. By choosing to share them, you grant us a free, non-exclusive right to display them in the app to other users, for as long as the sharing lasts. You can end it at any time by turning sharing off.
You warrant that you hold the rights to what you publish, and that you will not publish unlawful or defamatory content, or content that infringes anyone's privacy.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service running, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Some features depend on third-party services whose downtime is not attributable to us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence, and you may use the European online dispute resolution platform.
