Subscription terms

Trekki offers a free plan and paid subscriptions that widen the usage limits. Plan details and prices are shown in the app before any commitment, taxes included.

Everyone starts with fourteen days of Trekker Plus, without a bank card. At the end of that period the account falls back to the free plan, and everything you have created stays accessible.

Subscriptions are purchased and billed by Apple on iOS and by Google on Android. Aurenyx Studio EOOD collects, processes and stores no payment card data.

The invoice is issued by the distribution platform and available in your Apple or Google account.

The subscription is monthly or yearly depending on the plan chosen, and renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand.

Cancellation happens in your Apple or Google account settings, in a few taps and without writing to us. It takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, which remains usable until then.

You have fourteen days to withdraw from the date of purchase. By requesting immediate access to the service, you agree that performance begins before that period ends; you nonetheless keep your right of withdrawal, the amount due then being calculated in proportion to what has been used.

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google depending on the purchase platform. We can help you through it: write to hello@trekki.app.

A price change is announced at least thirty days before it takes effect. It applies only to subsequent periods, and you can cancel free of charge until then.

If something goes wrong, write to us first: most matters are settled in one exchange. Failing that, the European online dispute resolution platform is open to European consumers.
